About the role
Ethnio is a UX research SaaS trusted by Research Operations teams worldwide, with customers ranging from Airbnb to Meta to startups. Developing products that are integrated into the daily work routine of our customers is incredibly important to us at Ethnio, so weāre looking for a product designer who understands the complexity of enterprise software.
Weāre hiring a product designer to join our team designing the best participant recruiting, screening, scheduling, and payment platform there ever was. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting customer-centric designs that are both visually compelling and highly functional. Experience with survey builders, scheduling interfaces, or large-scale design systems is a strong plus.
We really care about CRM design
For this role, weāre seeking designers with experience in complex CRMs - think Airtable, Attio, or Linear as benchmarks. You donāt need to have worked at those exact companies, but your portfolio should showcase at least five B2B CRM designs that have been successfully implemented in real products.
Please note that portfolios without CRM or B2B UI examples will not be considered at this time.
What youāll bring
A passion for making enterprise UX not suck.
A killer portfolio featuring CRM and B2B complex UI examples that align with what weāre building at Ethnio. Show us visual interfaces you designed for real products or companies, ideally with some insight into your design thinking behind each UI.
A design degree (MFA preferred) from a place like SCAD, ideally in industrial design or similar.
Hands-on experience collaborating directly with key customers, many from the EU and Canada, to iterate on small issues. Because small interface tweaks have big impact.
Close collaboration with engineers to make sure customer needs translate into great design. This involves daily standups aligned with EU time zones, so 8am PST availability is essential. East Coast or early riser in PST preferred.
Flawless spoken and written English.
