Paid interview ($60) about your experience

General Information
The Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave (DFML) is partnering with Nava PBC to learn about barriers to taking paid leave faced by workers. Nava PBC is conducting interviews this Fall 2022 to learn from your experiences. The Nava PBC team offers a $60 Amazon gift card as compensation for an interview over video conference or by phone.

How to Get Invited to an Interview
To qualify for an interview, there are 7 required questions. Answering these questions helps us ensure we are hearing from people of all backgrounds. Your answers are only viewable by our research team. We have a range of available times to support participants' varied schedules. Interpreters may be available if needed.

If you are selected, you will receive an email from one of our researchers to schedule a time to speak with us.
If you are not selected, we may contact you in the future to participate in other research opportunities.

Only those who complete an interview will receive compensation. State employees and people referred by state employees are not eligible for compensation if selected to participate.
