Paid interview ($60) about your experience as a parent

Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave would like to learn about your experience as a parent, so we can make sure we meet parents' needs. We are working with Nava PBC to set up 60-minute interviews by video conference or phone.

We will be conducting interviews with a variety of new parents in the future. For our upcoming study, we are especially interested in learning from those who:

self-identify as male.
have welcomed at least one child into their family in the past 12 months.
did not take paid parental leave after their child(ren) was born OR did not use all the paid parental leave they could have taken.

To qualify for an interview, please answer a few questions. Answering these questions helps us ensure we are hearing from people of all backgrounds. Your answers are only viewable by our research team.

If you're selected, you will receive an email from one of our researchers to schedule a time to speak with us.

Only those who complete an interview will receive compensation. State employees and people referred by state employees are not eligible for compensation if selected to participate.
